Evan’s career in arboriculture began in the tropical climate of Hawai’i. In 2012 Evan moved to the Pacific Northwest and started Sonshine Tree Care.
Evan is actively involved in the furthering of the arboriculture profession in region through community engagement, as a professional tree worker instructor, and in the development of arborist apprenticeship programs.
