Positions Available:
🌱 Trainee – (starting @ $22.50/hour) – No experience? No problem! Get paid to learn from the best.
🌿 Ground Crew – ($25.00-$37.50/hour) – Stay active while supporting the team with job site setup, cleanup, and equipment handling.
🌳 Climber – ($27.50-$43.50/hour) – Scale trees, perform pruning, and safely remove branches.
🌟 Crew Leader – ($38.50-$53.50/hour) – Lead a team, ensure quality work, and prioritize safety.

What We Look For:
✔️ Love for working outdoors in all seasons
✔️ Must be 18+
✔️ Valid driver’s license (preferred for some roles)
✔️ Drug-free workplace commitment
✔️ Experience for climbers & leaders, training provided for other roles
✔️ ISA Credentials
